This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to any personally identifiable information submitted by, or otherwise obtained from, you in connection with the MeetPAT application and website, and the treatment thereof. By using or otherwise accessing the Application, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

MeetPAT collects the following types of information from users:

Supplied Information

We may receive and store any information you submit to the website or application, (or otherwise authorize us to obtain from, for example, your Facebook account. This information may include your name, email address, gender, IP address, browser information, username, demographic information, and any other information necessary for us to provide the services of the application.

Automatically Collected Information

We receive and store certain types of usage related information whenever you interact with MeetPAT. For example, we may automatically receive and record information regarding your computer’s IP address, browser information, session length, etc.

How Information Is Used

MeetPAT uses the information described in this Privacy Policy (a) to communicate with you and provide the requisite service, (b) internally, to analyze, develop and improve its products and services.

Will We Share Your Information?

MeetPAT will neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone, nor share any of your information without prior consent, or unless required to do so by law, in which case we undertake to notify you of such requirement at the earliest reasonable opportunity.
Conditions of Use

If you decide to use or otherwise access the Application, your use/access and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the Republic of South Africa.

Third Party Applications / Websites

The MeetPAT system may permit you to integrate with other applications or websites. Such third party applications/websites are not under our control, and such integration does not constitute an endorsement by MeetPAT of those other applications/websites, or the services offered through them.

The privacy and security practices of such third party application/websites you may integrate with are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and MeetPAT is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Managing Access To Google Accounts

You can remove a 3rd party applications access to your Google account under “Third-party apps with account access” in your Google account. Click on the relevant app, and select “remove access.”

Access To Personal Information

MeetPAT allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list may change in the event the Application changes.

• Account and user profile information
• User e-mail address, if applicable
• Facebook profile information, if applicable
• User preferences
• Application specific data

Deletion Of Personal Information

In accordance with the relevant legislation and policies, you can request that MeetPAT delete any personal information held.  In order to request such deletion, you can contact us on info@meetpat.co.za with the relevant information. In addition, you can remove any Facebook / Google profile information by manually unlinking your account from MeetPAT in your account settings.

Changes To This Policy

MeetPAT may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Site or sending you an email. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses or otherwise accesses the Application after such changes have been first posted.
